Companies benefit from the case studies in a variety of ways:

Building your own brand by using the teaching studies (employer branding): Students get to know the company better through realistic problems and the prospect of successful case studies. Guest lectures by company representatives in the course as part of the case study round off the special learning experience and offer direct and authentic contact between students and companies.

Use of personalized case studies for internal management training: We develop customer-oriented case studies for in-house training. An internal case study can, for example, be used to train junior managers (high potentials). The identification with successfully solved problems and challenges in one’s own company represents a particularly intensive learning experience with high learning success.
